A Melbourne man was sentenced today by the Melbourne District Court following a search warrant at the Brisbane Magistrates' Court. The man, who is in his 30s and works in a manufacturing plant in the Brisbane, Australia area, was arrested on April 28 and today announced he was found guilty of three counts of selling a pharmaceutical product under false or misleading information and one count of operating a pharmacy which sells and advertises to consumers without the proper training or supervision of a health care professional.
